Over the course of several years, I experienced a series of deeply disturbing and escalating events that began while I was renting a room from a high school teacher in Seattle during the COVID-19 pandemic. What started as ordinary roommate tensions intensified into prolonged psychological distress, invasive surveillance, and what I believe was targeted harassment using advanced technology.
Alongside this, I was caught in a web of legal complications — protection orders, arrests, court hearings, and forced psychiatric interventions — many of which, in my view, were mishandled, inconsistent, or based on flawed assumptions about my mental state rather than factual evidence. My repeated efforts to report unusual threats, digital intrusions, and suspected misuse of surveillance devices were ignored or dismissed by law enforcement, the courts, and even medical professionals.
Throughout these ordeals, I was subjected to multiple involuntary holds, repeated arrests for alleged violations of orders that I believed had been lifted, and a revolving door of public defenders who often raised questions about my competency instead of investigating my claims. At the same time, I was forcibly medicated, restrained, and at one point physically assaulted while in custody — all without clear justification or adequate due process.
My story is not simply about a single arrest or dispute; it is about what can happen when privacy is violated, when advanced technology is used in harmful ways, and when the legal and mental health systems fail to provide clear, consistent, and just outcomes. I continue to face legal uncertainty, despite never having a full and fair trial to address the allegations against me. My goal now is to bring the facts to light, demand accountability for what I endured, and seek protection from further harm.
